i found the staff very helpful. dipendra, akash, saurav, and manuraj at the front desk gave very good service. the rooms were clean. the location was convenient for accessing nearby areas.

The breakfast quality seemed poor to me. the food wasn't worth the cost. ordering a drink at the bar took about 20 minutes. This seemed long. I had to pay an outrageous room fee.

the location was pretty convenient (i mean, you can walk to the mall).

i found the location very convenient, a quick walk to the mall. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping team. my room was well kept and clean, i appreciated that. the manager also checked in to ensure everything went smoothly.

the exit route for cars from the hotel was a little congested during rush hour.
